Got my car in.
Got my car today. Asphalt AT. So much fun to drive. It came from the port with the trunk mat and the rear bumper protector. Which is fine with me. Apr is 2.7% I had a big roll over from my last loan which rolled over from the loan before that. My first new car had 10percent. My last one was 5.8 and this one is the 2.7. My car payment went down from 493 to 470 and I got a set of winter tires thrown in. And I have a better car that handles so much better even after I threw a ton of money at my last car. At work now so I will upload pics later on. They didn't even have the car on the lot longer then a few hours. And they did no crazy ass mark up other people have been seeing. This was Toyota of Danville in Ill.

Glad I picked it up will miss my old car though we had good times and I put a lot of money into her. This car really does make people smile though when they drive it. Had a great dealer expereince I hope more people do as well.

Congrats on your FRS ![]() Completely curious though, since I'm considering the same trade, what did the dealer give you for your tC? I'm guessing around 10k? (I think we both bought the RS around the same time, assuming equal wear & tear, etc).

I got 14k Should have gotten at least 15.5 thats what kelly blue book listed it as for a dealer trade. mine only had 23.3k miles on it. Had the little lip spoiler the front strut bar.. And a upgraded leather and red suede interior with red stitching to match the steering wheel. Trd shocks to go with the trd springs ect. However I autocrossed the shit out of it. Had a nice scratch on the hood and the front bumper plastic needed to be replaced as it was cracked and drilled into and had zip ties holding a part of it on. hehe I ate 4.5k from my loan from it though.

That was there first offer. I tried to get it pushed up but they would not budge on that. They did everything else I asked for. Got the payment lower then I was paying. low apr winter tires. I think I paid maybe 25 bucks for dealer fees. Nothing weird. They already have showed my other car and have someone coming for it tomorrow. I'm going back out in the morning to get my final good bye in and some pics of the cars side by side.

Nice. Hopefully your tC goes to someone responsible that will appreciate it. What kills me is that there's nothing wrong with my RS5, but my roommate just upgraded to a 5door WRX, and my god the difference. I was completely sold on an FRS until he let me drive the subaru. Boost, or Drift? lol... Hopefully whichever dealership I end up dealing with gives me a fair deal on trade, I don't want to have to deal with selling private and having random people jerk me around and test drive the car, etc. Well anyways, thanks for the info and best of luck with your new ride
