Never had the chance, went straight to the cascams from raceseng, noticeable difference in steering feel with the added caster and plenty of camber. The pieces fit perfectly.

This^^^. BC is a higher quality version of the Megans but are made by the same people and therefore still cheap. They are valved generically and not car specific. Meaning that their coils for a 350z can have the same exact valving for our car or even a Mustang.

RSR's are awesome for DD and light track duty.
Very smooth and forgiving on the streets thanks to the NVH reducing tophats. I've only done 1 track day so far but they felt great and you can really feel the dampening adjustments. |

I think RSR's are a little out of budget. Those were the coils I wanted but higher end of 1k.

Fortune Auto 500's come to mind. They're around 1200. Add in swift springs and conical bearings (can never remember if that's what they're called or not, someone please correct me if I'm wrong) and call it a day.
I have the DSG special Edition Fortune Auto 500's with the upgrades and they're amazing. Blow my old GodSpeed's out of the water. Although for ~$800-900 coils, the GodSpeed's weren't awful, and I'd probably buy them again. |

Sounds like you're looking at the ~$1000 USD price point. Well, I've posted this before and I'll post it again:
With Bilstein B14's at $1000, it boggles my mind why anyone would go for the other lower quality brands like BC, D2, and Megan for the same price. For quality, reliability, and durability for a daily driver, the Bilstein B14 should be a no-brainer. |

I've been on the fence between the b14s and bcs with the swift upgrade only reason I'm leaning more towards bcs is the adjustability of them out of the box. Why are b14s so much better? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Because they aren't looked at as "the cheap option". Lots of people have lots of opinions on cheap coils being shitty, never having used them.

No sure about how the Skunk 2 perform, but they are around that price range as well. They seem to do a fair amount of R&D before they release new products.
Or if you can wait, there are some new Tein dampers that are about to be released and they're already getting some good reviews. |
