new to coilovers

I got a set of BC coilovers installed yesterday and, had to raise the back some when I got home. I just got an alignment today and when I got home I noticed one side was lower than the other. Could the alignment have something to do with that? or maybe I didn't tighten the locking nut enough and the right side dropped again?

I'm going to guess that something wasn't tightened all the way.

How much lower? a quater inch? less? Probably just need to re-adjust the coil on the side and it should be all good. The alignment shouldnt have messed with your ride height.
