Looks to be of very high quality, and a great addition to my build. I'll be looking to purchase pending JR SC results. Til then, its the Gruppe-S header for me.

Just got my Type B Ace headers in today woo woooo!!!. Placed my order a little over a week ago and Ace started building them the next day. There's a couple month long wait on the Type A (hand made and takes about a month to produce just one). For the type B its all robotic welds and i was told that the reason type B was created was for increased speed in production.
Runners merge into 1 a little sooner in the type "B" and i guess it produces a little more hp but loses a little bit of tq. |

Lol, truthfully i would of preferred A. But man i couldnt wait 4 months after i saw this thread, just had to get them ASAP.
But a little more hp and 400 dollars cheaper isnt such a bad thing too. |

Soon.
Unfortunately, our engine blew while racing last month so not only are we back ordered on type A's, but all other the free time is going to repairing the racecar so we can continue to develop. We will do dynos with the type B's along with the 350, 250 and 150 collectors. But looking like a month or so. An one comment- type B isn't 100% robotic, just the merged collectors. Thanks for all the support! Happy Driving Ace Header |

Yeah true. This came from ACE themselves and I trust their word but I agree its always better to see the numbers.
If you look at the header they are very very similar. Its on their website if you want to compare. |
