Can anyone help me install some coilovers? I was thinking about taking it to a shop to have it done since I've never worked on a car before and I'm a bit scared I'm going to mess something up even with the diys. And I also wanna learn and see how it's done too.will provide booze/lunch/dinner/ whatever is needed haha

What kind did you get? Easier if it comes with it's own upper strut mount.

It simple if.it does have its own upper mount so no need.for parts transfer but still doable at.home.

Im not sure when i can be free for this but i believe a DIY will be in the works soon

DIY day will always be held at a location with a vast amount of tools. obviously it will be nice if guys bring their own tools as well since things can go missing if passed around enough. the goal for DIY day is not for free installs but for a group to help each other out to learn about these wonderful cars we obsess about. and we will always try to teach others how to install parts as well.

the goal for DIY day is to teach guys with knowledge or no knowledge to work on their own cars.
its a fun environment i hope and we help each other out with issues and obviously the installation of parts.

my car is now running after i figured out my issue with my turbo was from the tune i received from delicious which i will hopefully get revised asap. I'm now running the 7psi base map tune provided by LJ @FullBlown . i do have starting issues which the car needs to be cranked a couple times to turn on and sometimes will stall at idle but i believe its a tune issue so i will figure things out

but to fully answer your question it does zu tu tu tu tu at 4k+ i think haha
