Tires arrived today! After speaking with Freddy@PTUNING, I decided to go with the Bridgestone Potenza RE-71R 245/40/17. My wheels were suppose to arrive today as well but got delayed because of all the rain and flooding happening.

Put my wheels on my car today. I'll have to take them back off and reinstall once my hub centric rings get here but I couldn't wait any longer haha. Not sure if I'm a fan of the black and silver center caps, I might end up getting the red Rays centers caps sometime. Overall I love the wheel and tire setup.
I took it for a test drive after mounting them and they are definitely a lot noisier than stock but not terrible. The tires are pretty dang sticky, even in the wet they were picking up stones and pebbles. I aslo didn't notice any vibrations from the wheels. I expected a little bit of vibration from not having hub centric rings, but got none. Sorry for so many pictures, I'm not good at getting good angles so I just posted a bunch haha. Definitely needs some window tint now with the black wheels. Also, sorry for my fat finger haha. |
