I like them, but I personally like the black laces on it better.

Either way, cool purchase! Awesome to see people buy things from japan that aren't very common or available here in western countries.

Got a pair of these Vibrams last year. Very light and comfy.
Couple months ago I bought 2 more pairs to put in the closet since they seem to obsolete things frequently and are moving more to lace ups.
Where the hell is that more efficient?

Hey, they work for me.

They really do the job quite well! Ive never even worn driving shoes but i assume alot of the benefit is the lack of padding and more feel of the pedals. While im entirely sure a purest would tell the difference, i think the classic van, converse or any of the hundreds of rip off's do the job fairly well!

OP:

Nice pick up! Thats one of those things i wouldnt want to actually use, id probably just keep them in the closet and gawk at um once a month. Ill need a pair of these for my future man cave in a revolving glass display case.

Or less during last week's sale. Plus they ship free both ways if you have to swap size. My all-black order should arrive any day.

More places are requiring flame resistant shoes, clothing and gloves on track days so these should work.
