Anyone know where to get it? I can't seem to find it.

Try Runcool hood louvers http://www.hoodlouvers.com/product-c...ershood-vents/ They won't be as "custom", but will still look good and most importantly, are attainable for a good price. Now to get the sack to cut your stock hood.   Better yet, just get a pre-cut aftermarket vented hood
