Ohh sorry, I thought you were talking about storage because it's RWD.

The underground garage doesn't sound to bad at all because it's basically like storing your car outside but without the rain and snow hitting your paint. Same thing like storing your car outside I guess, have a good layer of protection. If you can Rinse often, especially in winter then that would be ideal. The dirtier you let it get, the harder it will get to clean. You may be a good candidate for Opti-Coat, I will make a thread on the maintenance thread for you and any one else who is interested.

request the dealer not to touch the car. they will still need to do their basic pre-inspection, but you can request them not to clean your car.

gently wash the car yourself with the 2 bucket wash method. if needed, clay/polish the car. then apply a coat of wax/sealant.

the key point is to be gentle with the paint. it is very easy to induce marring on the clear coat.

I would regularly charge 250-300 for this service, fyi

Not true, at least not yet. The demos are not at all dealers, probably just that a few more landed in Toronto first (it is the centre of the universe after all). There are maybe a dozen or so demos across Canada so far? (whether they are Scion rep car or actually belong to the dealer is another question though)

Once the first batch of cars arrives at dealers, they should have a demo car on that delivery unless they are all presold.

No they don't. Not a single FR-S at any of the Hamilton/Burlington Dealers yet.
