PEOPLE ALREADY TAKING DELIVERY IN GTA!!! (FRS)
 

Wow my mind is literally BLOWN.

I was calling around to figure out which dealerships in the GTA have which color cars (still wana see the colors before im 100% satisifed), and when i got to woodbridge toyota, their salesguy informed me they had a red that was already sold and a black sitting on their showroom floor. When I asked what he meant by the red was "sold", he just said the guy is taking delivery today.. and if i wanted the black (he didnt know if it was AT or MT lol) i could pay today and take delivery of it tmrw!!!

Some dealerships dont even have their first cars in, and some are already delivering theirs!

Edit: due to paperwork issues, cars are NOT being delivered. Aparently the salesguy at woodbridge was BSing me

I was told by my dealer that as soon as my car arrives, I will get it. Hopefully some news any day now.

I was told June 16.

I was told it will be an extra week or two untill i will get my car because of the paperwork problem, but mine is still on rail so it is a not a problem right now cause of the strike. I just want my car.

Don Valley North Scion also has a Raven AT FR-S demo. 6MT is coming in apparently. So test drove the AT today. Amazing. I was 90% sure I'll be getting it but now 100% sure. Haven't felt so much excitement about driving since I turned 16. I had a smile on my face the entire test drive.

Any dealer other then DVN have an AT FRS?

I won't step foot there... buncha greedy sobs. One of the worst dealers I have dealt with lol.

iirc yorkdale has an at too.

imho though, i had complaints about power with the AT when i test drove it, but test driving the manual today made me stfu srsly.

hahaha. I test drove that car this morning too. Freaking beast.

Those dealers have demos for you to test drive, that i've been too.

I was at a dealer today and inquired about deliveries. The sales manager told me that he talked to Scion HQ and found out this: there are some cars sitting at dealerships, they can sell them, but can not release to customers (he isn't too sure on the reasons, said paperwork/legal, like other members mentioned here). Also was told that if someone does release an FR-S to customer before "OK" from Scion, they will not get any more of these cars.
Not sure if this is totally true, but at least its the info I got.
