Planning to get 18x9.5 wheels to get that real nice meaty look. Looking at the Work MCO Racing Type CS Wheels. Anyone know which offset would make it the most flush? I'll be on Tein street flex coil overs.

I'm sorry if it doesn't fit your standard of how my car should be built. I only want facts not opinions not trying to be an ass but a simple yes or no would be better than telling me I'm building my car all wrong.
While we are speaking of opinions, my opinion meaty tires to me doesn't have to have large sidewall. a wide tire I feel is also considered a meaty tire.
But hey thanks for your speedy replies

this is a forum, don't want opinion don't post. his post is valid, and you can't run enough tire to clear the stock strut, you really do need coilovers.

Yea I was set on a 38 offset but unfortunately I forgot to mention that wheel only has a +35 or +42 offset option... By chance do you know if the offset would affect the concavity of the wheel?

hmm, i personally think +35 is a big too much for the front, especially if you want run a lot of tire.

i don't know if +42 will be less concave. but if its a 9.5 width, i think it would be relatively concave. probably the "M-Face"

now that i look at it, its not going to be the deep concave face you're thinking off. gotta go to a 10+ width i think, which is pretty pointless unless you're strictly going for wheel fitment and not function. then you can get the super concave and just go with the fitment side of the scene...

Yea I'm not sure how I'll like the M face since I haven't seen it on any cars yet which can also be a good thing. I'm also debating the CR Kiwamis since those have a nice concave design. Also torn on the blood red or matte black... Decisions decisions

my advice...find some XT7's in 18x9.5 +38 in 5x100 and powder coat them what ever color you want. its what i did when i had my STi, love that wheel.

holy fuck those have massive sidewalls!

you probably rub in the rear on the bumper tabs, and will rub in the front where the side marker flares out.

if you roll the rear you'll gain some clearance and can run less camber, looks good though!

No rub yet, but it's a new setup and haven't driven the car much on them. The next few weeks will really tell. And yes, they're 245/45-17 haha

Those rears though!!! I need 275's in my life. You think 275s on a 17X9 ET35 rears will work?
