Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to make a check list of things to ask for. Should I be concerned about the front alignment at all seeing as the rear was sliden a bit?

Ugh....now it's making me think not to park my car on the street when I'm at home. Hopefully it's fixable or they can total it out. Then buy yourself a new one. Sorry to see you car like that.

Wouldn't worry about the front unless it smacked off the curb as well. The bumper cover did what it is designed to do and took the brunt of the force and disintegrated in the process.

New bumper cover, rim and possibly exhaust (looks bent). Like has been said check for suspension damage. Look around for something low with corresponding damage since that was nothing huge that hit it (taillight untouched?)
I found the camera footage:

wow, i'm guessing it must of been a truck that hit you with a pretty good rate of speed (backing up flooring it maybe) to be able to push your car that far and cause that kind of damage.

should be fixable but maybe start roaming the parking lot looking for a guilty truck with some red paint on the bumper.

The tow truck man noticed maroon paint on the black part of the bumper that I didn't register as different from the red on my car. So that helps.

Sadly the OP takes extra care and even parks in the corner spot. Sometimes you just can't avoid morons no matter how hard you try.

My guess would be drunk neighbor or drunk guest of one. Can't tell the color of the hitter from the picture, but pretty sure that there is a clue on the bumper. Start looking around.

That sucks! Sorry! Like someone said, probably hit to low for a truck, lowered? Going fast in reverse... wish you catch the a-hole!

I was nowhere near it. I can account for my whereabouts for the entire past 2 days.
