Now we just need to see the results from the change in secondary lengths (250 & 150) as there seems to be quite a lot of difference from the 350.

In month or so we will do another "dyno day". For someone considering the Cosworth/Nameless header here in the UK. YOU HAVE MY ATTENTION!
Have you guy considered a ceramic coating option? Not a big deal as I can get it done here, but might be nice if you could give the option of a high quality ceramic (inside and out) coating like the Cosworth Header. |

My header is at home waiting to be installed, waiting to see if delicious tuning are going to come out with a tune.
Even though in the end i dont thing vti maps will be much different than the nameless vti map. |

The robotic weld look like they are too hot. Need to back down the amperage. I'm sure the machine can make much better weld than in the pictures. Some high quality made in Taiwan shit, right there.

Hi Folks,
Some may be getting nervous that we're back-ordered on the type A's and yet we're still shipping the type B's. For those who have type A's on order, the type B's doesn't affect the timeline in anyway. The type A's are welded by- what you would call- a NASA welder...while the B's are welded by a NAVY welder and the Panasonic welding robot. -Ace Header |

Hey ACE! Just received my Type B in the mail and it looks amazing cant wait to put it on tomorrow.
I just had one question that i'm sure might cross a few peoples minds and that is on the type "B" if the "slip" joints cause any sort of restrictions for the gases to stumble over on over internally ? Thanks ACE you guys rock. Phil |

I love the design of these headers but i have to wonder if offering so many different designs isn't slowing the process down? As a customer that is on my second FRS and researched many different headers and designs i am still a little confused why one company offers so many, sometimes there is an issue with offering customers too many choices too.

Your link to the dyno plots doesn't work.
Can we get a complete explanation on ALL of the different options for this header. There's type a and type b, as well as different overpipe designs. If I was going to order one I wouldn't even know where to start at this point. Also, you should include the explanation on your site. Edit, after reading through some of the posts I'm come to the conclusion that the type A has 15* collectors, while the type B has 20* collectors. The 15* are more expensive because they take longer and require a human to weld, but they make more power. I'd be interested and in knowing how much more, but that has been asked already. There's also the type C, but that's a temporary measure to get orders filled faster. Nevertheless, I'm curious to know the collector convergence angle on the type C, and if the internal steps help or hurt power. There are also three options for the 2-1 merge. The 350 (mm?) is left hand drive only and gives the most low end power, but the least high end power gains. The 150 is the opposite of the 350's gains in that it gives the best high end power and the least low end gains, of the three options. There is also a 250 that can work with both left and right hand drive and would likely offer the best of both worlds when it comes to gains at both ends. Is that accurate? Ahhh I just installed my Type B with the 150 but I seriously would love the 350.
Would totally throw my hat in the ring to purchase just the 350 overpipe if that would be a possibility. Cheers! Love the headers. |
