It's like you've learned nothing from this forum. I'm disappointed in you.
So your saying FA20 is more unreliable than a 13B? My FC last long 130k miles (22 years of reliable service).

Anyway, my 22re made it to over 300k+ and running, so my FA20 will do least 200k, i promise. If i drive it nicer itll hit 300k too!
I think he was being sarcastic.

Looks like Cal may be the front runner unless there's someone else.

I don't plan on auto-x or getting boosted while doing only spirited runs + daily driver so I'm hoping for 150k+ miles.

Granny shifting not double clutching like he should, he's lucky that double shot of nitrous didn't blow the welds on the intake. Now me and the mad scientist have to rip apart the block to replace the piston rings he fried. Ask any ricer, any real ricer, it doesn't matter you make it 30k or 85k, blown engine = vtec kicked in 'yo.

The fun part is that the guys that truly think this will now add it to the list of blown engines.
The fact that they have already added it to the list 20 times from other threads will not deter them from saying "See....."!

I'd be surprised if more than a couple of people have had the opportunity to put more than 85K on one of these engines.

It's only been around for three friggin years, if that.

Just under a year for mine and 40K. Will be pushing 150K after 3 years. I know there are several others with as much or more miles a year. You would be surprised at how far some of us need to travel each week.

Thread on here someplace with a pile of us on it. I think you would also find that the non forum users rack up the mileage more then the people on here since to many it is just a normal car. Since many of the guys here only use the car as a weekend toy or secondary vehicle it artificially forces the average mileage down. Another great case of not using an enthusiast forum to try to set what is "normal".
