Good old PIPs. I passed mine with exceptional difficulty. It's hard to not act 'aggressively' towards co-workers and management when they are idiots that endanger your safety with their stupidity.

Well Thank God I am in the medical technology field these days. That way, Tcoat can't hire me, then fire me and ruin my life.

I mentioned before that in the process of conducting tests for metabolic illnesses in newborns, there are LONG incubation periods for the substrates and enzymes involved. (One is three hours, the other is six hours.) We therefore have a workday that looks like this: Rush, rush, rush; sit, sit, sit and do nothing; Rush some more to get everything analyzed and the results reported overnight to the doctors involved. We "keep calm and test on."

The ironic thing there is, back when I started my career I was told I wasn't "aggressive enough" with the stupid people that were endangering others! I don't have that problem anymore.
My job is Occupational Health and Safety by the way.

Well I bitched out our company General Manager in front of the entire upper management team in a meeting using such choice words as 'idiots', 'incompetent' and 'negligent'. Also in a 'command' type voice. The fact that I only got a mild PIP over it had to do with how 480V power shouldn't read 700V and cook our servo drives, nor should 380V be coming out of the 240V outlets, and the 3rd party electricians they finally brought in agreed with me that, no, it's not normal, and yes, it is dangerous. Despite all upper management saying the day before that it's fine and the electrical contractor hired by the GM's brother in law was an 'expert'.

Good times.

Yes, being right usually will save your butt. However, the day you're wrong will be very unpleasant indeed.

Well. Went to visit my grandpa today, he has parkensons and didnt remember who i was. Man that was tough

On a lighter note does anyone know the proper milk to cookie ratio? Does it change with brownies? What about cookie-brownies? Yeah those exist and are amazing, if you havent tried one you really really....REALLY should.
