tried to get the crank pulley off to put on mmy Nonstop Tuning pulley but I broke the adapter going from 1/2" to 3/8 socket for my breaker bar. I can't believe that it's not a reverse threaded bolt. also it's scary pulling on that thing. even in 6th gear it moved a little and I can't help but be afraid that I'm going to break something.

I also put some LEDs in my reverse lights. they don't work.

The BRZ had a bit of a busy weekend. On Saturday, the SPC LCAs went on as well as some Whiteline camber bolts, and then it finally got a proper alignment after having the lowering springs on unaligned for about a month.

I also ordered some vinyl overlays for the badges on the car - carbon fiber look with red stars. Not sold on them, so I may end up peeling them back off (I also didn't do the greatest job putting them on, honestly). A buddy of mine and I were discussing the BRZ STI concept and loved that little red highlight in the air dam, so I added that on mine with some 3M pinstriping tape. I like it, but am not sure how well it'll last there.

Lastly - received my alcantara shift boot and e-brake boot from JPM Coachworks. Took a bit to get them, but the quality is worth the wait. Installation of the shift boot was a breeze but the e-brake boot was rather fiddly. Pics don't do them justice.

Been thinking about doing the red pinstripe on the front grille lately myself. Looks good on yours. Info on what exact size/color pinstripe you used?

Did you stick the pinstripe onto the paint where it meets the edge of the plastic grille, or did you stick it onto the plastic edge of the grille itself?

I used the 3M Scotch Scotchcal Striping Tape 1/8" in red. Here's a link to the exact stuff I bought off Amazon:

I ended up sticking it on the plastic grille since I figured it would be easier to get off of there instead of the paint if I hated it. Another guy in my group tried it with a different product but his refused to stick. Mine is still on there today and hasn't started coming off yet. I prepped the plastic by wiping down with a little alcohol before sticking it on there to give it a clean surface.

Looks good! What a coincidence, I recently got badge overlays with blue stars and was thinking of doing blue pinstripe myself.

I took it for a wash and after driving around a little bit watched about 3-4 people break their necks looking at my car! It's a great new feeling I'm having to get used to.
