I really don't see what the big deal is about this header in particular.

My JDL UEL made the same whp and flatter torque to redline on a Mustang Dyno in 4th gear with:
PLM OP
Tsudo Catted FP
Dezod catback
3 inch CAI
E80 (confirmed with MotoEast FlexFuel kit)

Why is this the ACE 4-2-1 the best header on the market?

It made close to that on 91 ACN piss though.

Area under the torque curve though. ACE header torque curve falls dramatically at 5k rpms where mine stays flat to 7k

I know we're comparing different dynos and all, but on the e70 it's making more torque than yours and after the drop it then makes about as much as you and stays relatively flat.
I'm sure on e85 it would be even better.

E80 vs Cali 91 is not a fair comparison..

The scaling is a bit misleading.

Here's a quick photochop of the graphs overlaid, and the CSG dyno scaled to overlap yours. It's not 100% perfect, but you get the point.

LOL 5k? I don't think so.

ATL BRZ: they made it on low octane petrol .. AND on everything rest being same (which is rare, as most add at least drop in filter). Imho you can add to that result +10whp (or more. Mentioned lesser number due possible less gains from diminishing returns when closing to +40whp total) from drop in filter and rest of exhaust mods you have, or even more if on E85. I see it as far from 'same whp' seeing your listed mods.

I'm comparing the ethanol dynos.

ACE made 204.3 whp on E70 and JDL UEL made 204.8 whp on E80.

Same peak hp and the ACE made about 4 more lb/ft of torque peak but with a little more torque across the low end thanks to Mike putting into perspective with an overlay.

I can see the differences now but they aren't that significant IMO since the top end torque is pretty much the same. BTW I've never seen E85 with actual E content over 80% here in Georgia and I've heard a few tuners say that the power gains diminish while N/A once you go over about 60% ethanol.

It isn't, especially given the price.

From what we can gleam from these threads: There's nothing in the market that offers more power. There's nothing on the market that offers a broader rpm range. The packaging will make maintenance easier than other headers. This one includes an over pipe and if you include that in the price of other headers this one is competitively priced. This header shouldn't cause as much heat issues as others. This header won't interfere with any of the superchargers on the market.

I can't think of a downside to this header or a header that does anything better.

Peanut butter and jelly
When you take the over pipe into account it's pretty reasonable

Until I see a same day same dyno comparison with OFH or Tomei + Berk OP, I'm unconvinced.

Buy one and do the test. No one is obligated to test for you.

They already showed you a head to head test with a JDL UEL header which is one of the highest performing headers on the market along with the OFH and the Tomei.

blue is JDL on 91
purple is JDL on e85
