Relativity is key here, but, from what I've read, I'd guess the Perrin would be louder.

The difference in volume will be even smaller than the power gains. Keep in mind that the TRD mid pipe pinches down to be smaller than OEM at one point.
Neither will give you anything HP wise, and both will sound louder than stock but not obnoxious at all. Neither will drone on the highway either.
