It's actually triple in the case of the M3.

Hi Andrew,
Hope you are excited as I am of this car. I remember when we had MR2 and Celica (not to mention corolla sportivo) and that did not have the same feel as this car!

You would have a lot more sales if toyota advertised thus car correctly... mainly telling everyone the price.

only a few more days, then all the pain and suffering will be over (well, most, if the price is right)

yeah I got told a similar thing at a dealership yesterday as well, I'm not putting too much stock in that though as that is as much of a guess as anything that has been projected before. That much of a difference between models could mean they really want to avoid selling any gts', because with these figures, they won't.

I don't mean to be rude, but when you say a few have purchased it already, do you mean they gave a deposit? I'm just confused that's all

A deposit in my opinion does not equal a sale. The deposit is fully refundable anyway subject to you not liking the price or the vehicle.

Tehre aren't really any sales until someone has paid the $40K to Toyota for the vehicle.

and all that 40k would be is a deposit...
not sold out, just accounted for.

I find it a little difficult to believe that the cars are "sold out" and even more so that everyone with deposits will get what they wanted. if toyota was planning on supplying 50/50 auto/manual and everyone that has pre-ordered wanted manual, wont half the people in the first batch not get a vehilcle.

Im expecting alot of upset people who pre ordered, and alot of auto stock.
