Red stock seatbelt dye? paint?
Is it possible to paint or dye our stock seatbelts? i cant find any tutorial online to dye seatbelts. anyone know what materials to use?

I doubt you'd be able to dye black seatbelts. You MIGHT be able to bleach the color out of them first, then dye them red.
Though I'm not sure how the bleach would affect the strength of the belts.

You know these people now a days paint their swede and leather Jordan's , I'm wondering if that would work.

I asked a similar question on here a month or so back. The conclusion we came to was that there really wasn't a cost effective way to get red stock belts. We had found one company that had made red stock belts, but it was a one-off type deal and would have cost well over $2k to get a full set made.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, I really want red belts too, just no good way to do it with the stock belts right now. |

there's a company that makes color replacement stock seatbelts for a few select cars like BMW and Porsche. Not sure where that thread is, but i remember someone saying that the set for the 1M might be close enough to work on our cars? it wasnt cheap tho

Red stock seatbelt dye? paint?
I'm gonna have to say screw it and pull out the rear belts to dye with those leather dye. If anything I'll have to do a seat delete lol
And slap on a ugly harness bar to put on nice belts |
