Exhaust: Invidia N1 Titanium Tips Help!
Hey there,
So, I've pretty much decided on the Invidia N1 with titanium tips for my BRZ just based on YouTube videos, reviews and looks. Just curious if anyone from Ontario has this on their GT86 and if so where they bought it from and how you like it? Also, silencers or no silencers? Any ideas/tips would help Thanks a lot ! |

Lots of people run that exhaust. It sounds pretty nice, but will be pretty loud if you get a catless header. I had an eBay knock off one. I liked it, except that I couldn't get the tips to line up, but I'd expect the real deal to line up properly. I believe brzworld sells them if you want to deal with a Canadian vendor (although still in USD, so I'm not sure how much you'd actually save by going through them. Other than that, plenty of other vendors sell them. You might even be able to get one locally from NV Auto in Hamilton, or maybe JRP in Mississauga but I don't know if either of them carry Invidia.
Silencers will be totally up to you and what you find to be an acceptable noise level. |

I leave out my silencers. I love the sound of the N1 as is but if you want something more quiet, you should look at the Invidia Q300. No point of getting the N1 and then putting on silencers when you have a choice of a quieter exhaust.
I've read on other car forums that exhaust silencers can create more backpressure than a stock catback so you could end up losing power. But they are good if you want a temporary quiet ride (like maybe when you have some illegal stuff in your car lol) I got my N1 from Jspec in Scarborough. But it's kinda far from you coming in from Hamilton

Even the stock exhaust tips aren't perfectly lined up, I think it has to do with the fact that the midpipe is coming from the left side, so it pulls on the muffler a bit on the left.
