Turbo has been flat out denied and ruled out by official statements several times.
Convertible project was dropped a year ago in an official news release from Toyota.
There is not one single official word about a hatch beyond the initial concept reveal so giving a release year is pure speculation.
And don't you dare to link to some blog to try to say "but look it says it here"
Harsh words buddy. Just a conversation piece, im not officially claiming anything just telling you what my subarunet tells me.

I noticed this as well, however its more of a luxary car with speed than a fun car to drive such as the twins.

Does anybody even make a MT true hybrid? The way they work just doesn't lend itself to manual shifting.

Well all hybrids will have the cvt tranny in them so the best you can get with that is paddle shifters. Honda has that dumb CR-Z or someshit thats a "sports hybrid" with manual shifter but thats the closest i know of.

In the olden days of this forum, when rumours were the site's lifeblood, I would bet that 75% of the exciting 'latest blog info/rumour' threads could be actually traced back to our own posts.

I found more than a couple of my own stats comparos and spec guesstimates referenced without credit on other sites/blogs.

Ah, the good old days...

I like it...

Loved the old SVX...

I do hope they offer a manual version...perhaps w/o hybrid?
