Jeff Stone pres of SOCO (Scion Owners Club of Ottawa) was trying to get a bunch of Scion owners out in a group to attend the RCR evenings. I told him that will be difficult/awkward, since most other Scion models have little to no following locally and we already have this model-specific forum (and FB groups) AND the BRZ people don't relate to the Scion brand - I don't really think any of us do - we are more about the platform we share.

If you mean that it being a Scion didn't make you buy it, then I totally agree. I'm a fan of Subaru and I remember when Toyota was known for performance (plus I'm former employee of both along with BMW) but I bought an 86 because of what this particular car is...

You could say that I bought an FRS even though it was a Scion... my wife said I could have it, if it fit the car seat and I re-badged it to Toyota... done!

The south would work out great for me, south keys or Andre's shop is very reachable for me! would love to attend some events with the lots of you too

Those putting their cars in the show - we should show up together and park together if possible
9:00-9:30 roll in at the latest
Means staging somewhere first.
I don't know the area that well so someone suggest a good spot.
And whatever road we too to RCR from T&T last summer - I refuse to drive my car on it - it was a horrible surface

We could stage up again at the T&T on Riverside & Hunt Club or maybe over at @Slick 'a place on 2161 Thurston?

Two weeks puts it to Wednesday 27 May.

Do we need to speak to anyone from RCR to save a block of space?
