although it would look better if it was molded, I would still go with bolting them on with nutserts or something. The flares are cheaper to replace than having to replace the whole fender and repaint should a wheel come in contact with the flare.

Ah ok, those specific flares in the picture were bought from a source that I don't believe are in production anymore. The closest match would probably be these http://www.jpngarage.com/Wide-Fiberg...erglass-zg.htm.
