Just install my new suspension
just install my Manzo suspension today, maybe u guys want to ask why u install a such a cheap suspension and i just want to say i got this for $400, ($900 for original price) brand new,why not, the almost same price for a set of springs.
just drive my car back home in I-10 in los angeles with hardest set up, i just want to say it is really stiff, uncomfortable, and in the afternoon i set it to most soft in my friends shop, i think it is a little better than OEM, but it is still not comfortable like some 4 doors car. in the corner is so good, im really happy with a this suspension, although im just test it in the local, i will go to track in May 23rd in streets of willow, after that i will write some detail review about this suspension. this suspension have a lot of function, front coilover can adjust camber even with OEM camber bolts a little bit, but i change bolts already, and it is 15 levels adjustment, it is really easy to install, fits perfect, but i think a adjustable end link is better, im already change to F&R Eibach sway bar. A few question: 1: what should i set for track, this is 15 levels, i have to set front softer or rear softer? 2:right now all four wheels camber is about -2 degree with OEM control arms, is that enough? BTW, plz rebuild road in Los Angeles, road quality is soooo bad. plz forgive my poor english, im try my best to write this review, thanks.:bonk the pic show the height between before&after install new suspension. Thanks!~ |

2 degrees camber is a good range. When racing I would set the front more stiff than the rear. For the street I would also do front more stiff or set both front and rear to full soft.

You have PLENTY of room to run full soft setup without any sort of rubbing.

Yeah, you'll be fine. if you rub just camber it out. But from the looks you'll be fine. Are you rubbing already? I have friends who go a lot lower and they are okay.

Yeah LA roads suck, but its still do able. Just dodge the pot holes and know your roads and route, know where to exit places for the easiest driveway.
