I should give an offer of $300 and see if they take it.

It arrived yesterday, looked in good shape, very fast delivery. I'll be installing this after I get it coated. It's getting coated inside and out, so that will affect how it flows. I'm worried about how much heat will come off this where the two pipes come across the top, so I'm getting it coated first. The welds looked good though, and the joins looked fairly neat.

Sorry been busy but so far I'm enjoying it we had to make some time changes since prior to this the car was turbo'd. But it's dished in seems fine I wrapped it just to be safe and it does pull and want to keep pulling past tagline red line on my E85 setup.

I will try to get the pictures, review and thoughts published to a thread this week but as of right now it's been on for around two weeks I believe and seems fine.

What size overpipe are you all using? If you are stepping down from the 3" of the header to the 2.5" for your overpipe, what gasket are you using? Thanks!

I had a Custom 3" overpipe made and the rest of the exhaust is 3" on my setup. I think 2.5 would be just fine but that was the size of the kit I chose and I also added two resonaters to it because it's known to be a loud system.
(Monza V2 I got from a local for such a good deal it was cheaper than building my own, I just added those Magnaflow resonaters I already had from the turbo setup)

In any industry if you want to survive you must continue innovating, provide consistent customer support and be pro active to customer demands. Easy as that! Knock offs, etc exist in almost all industries. Look at phones, cars, etc. Would you buy a Porsche replica? Maybe so...but you will never know how the real thing drives. Do you see Porsche even bothering to sue the Korean counterpart? No, because Porsche trusts its product and future customers!
On the other hand,
1. copy =/= knock off. If someone copies the design of a product which in return will have the same attributes as the original, then you need to work on your brand reputation and other things that come with the product you sell: customer service, warranty, etc. Even then is a slippery slope as the price is still a strong decision factor. So maybe reducing the price to limit that will help. Think about it: if someone sells a product that has the same amount of materials, takes the same amount of time but your overheads are higher, you might want to rethink your business. See GFC where businesses had to redo their price and whole retail strategy.
2. The knock off is an slightly altered copy but with materials of lower quality to keep the costs down. As someone mentioned here, the ones that go for such products have never been "your market" in the first place. So no need to get butthurt! I dont see HKS getting all crazy over KLS, Monza or whatever other copy is out there. They trust their brand and their business model and they have plenty of customers. Whoever appreciates the quality and has the money, will buy original. Whoever appreciates the quality but doesnt have the money will buy a copy, and whoever doesn't have money and care about quality will buy a knock off! Simple as that! But NONE of them is your market, because on top of that you have the competition too! but that ... is a different story!

People's allegiance to a particular brand is admirable however the realities of free market are still a fact, and you cannot ignore it!

Change free market to real market. And even then, many cases are not because it's legally allowed, but because not noticed or decidedly ignored, or hard to enforce legal actions to sue offenders in other countries.
Or there was definition of complete any patents/copyrights ignore as mandatory free market trait? Previously i somewhat thought for 'free market' to mean unregulated by goverment, just by supply & demand.
