What's the point keeping car at stock ground clearance? What's the point asking that without knowing roads state or type of driving i do?

Go to tein website, I believe they are adjustable from -2mm to -35mm from stock, so just under stock height is the highest they will go.

Hmm, didn't see it mentioned in link @OP, thanks. -2mm doesn't sound as bad compared to several other coilovers, where 20mm is minimum drop. Asked because in most shop product description pages for Flex Z all i could see that height is adjustable.

Maybe it's better to go with adjustable dampers instead of these? That is, unless, you're also looking for stiffer spring rates?

These seemed interesting if used with Tein EDFC system. As in reasonably priced and only ones that had good review by CSG guys from tein ones, except RS-R of course. Which are out of my budget and one of those many coilovers, that have that mentioned minimum 20mm drop. Using them with lift spacers without getting back full shocks travel height imho is unwise. And if you meant shocks height adjustability, these are .. i just didn't know the range. Stock ground clearance is marginally what was still somewhat usable on daily driver from my experience. I don't wish to make it worse in pursuit of something usable on rare trackdays/limited very good roads only or to get look which actually looks worse to me. Never could see what so good with wheel visually touching arc, and sights of hellaflush lowering with form dominating function seems silly.
