I believe it was on kick starter for English versions & it had a great result. So we should see lots of them soon.

Taro, the executive producer said Hot Version Japan didn't give them the distribution rights for Vol.116-126 because they are too old hence why they are starting with Vol.127 again.
So i think it's why they only had Vol.116 up a little because it was already almost finished so they had some flexibility with that release and maybe got permission. (no idea...just talking out of my ass here) I thankfully downloaded the full video in 1080p  Vol.127 comes out today for the kickstarter supports, May 8th for everyone else!
