The wing is adjustable in terms of angle how ever the placement on the truck is technically not adjustable. By that I mean directions recommend you install the wing in the middle (specifications are given) of the trunk. How ever you can really install it any where you want on the trunk so yah its up to you if you don't want to follow what the instructions say.
