If you are seriously considering trading up just for a 2015 MY then wait a couple years for the BRZ STi at least.

If you want a manual, but want to make a somewhat financially sound decision, trade for a slightly-used BRZ/FR-S.

If you're going to make a move, do it soon. Scion model year changes have occurred at both the middle and beginning of calendar years and once the new model year is released, all preceding years lose value. I haven't heard when the 2016's are arriving though, so you might have several months to look around.

If you like them, consider trading for an RS 1.0 or 10 Series M/T. The limited editions in unique colors are holding their used value better than others.

Worth it if it's worth it for you.

I got my 2014, wouldn't trade for anything nor a monogram.... but i do want leather seats.

Great advice if one would own a crystal ball and a time machine.

Until then, just trade it in since your heart is set on a manual.

I would trade it in and Lease a BRZ - Subaru has some great lease incentives on the BRZ right now, will def help you with the negative equity. Drive the car, keep your stock parts, enjoy the cheap payment and then trade it in when a refresh comes out
