I hate being a bother but can someone check this log for me? I would appreciate the input. It's OFT OTS 2.63 93 Octane timings run with our 98 Octane. I did the pull about 15 minutes after cruising on the high way.

I don't think running 98 octane on 93 tune is a good idea.. Even running 93 on the 91 tune isn't recommended. I could be mistaken

It's always safe to run higher octane fuel on a lower octane tune.

The issue with 98 RON is that it's not as good as 93 AKI. I'm just testing the fuel here since no one in my area gave me a clear answer.

How many miles do you have on the tune? Your IAM is 1 but based on your FLKC, it's not gonna stay at 1.

I logged that pull about 15 minutes after I flashed ecu.

I figured. It seems that the IAM won't drop for a while when the ECU is first learning even though you're seeing significant FLKC. Do another log after 50-100 miles on the tune.

So this is one of my first posts here, thought I would post up a FI log.

I aplogise that the data channels weren't the best, it was a rush to get on the track and I didn't think driving around the track fidiling with the data logger was the best idea

Yes bit of knock fair bit in some areas
take note of rpm and load where its occurring and pull about half the correction value out of the base timing b map. running the 91 map wont fix it as the only change is timing over 5000 rpm reduced by about 1 degree.

Does not look to bad , although i am no good on fi stuff.

Bit of knock flkc up to -1 degrees so not to bad, Check what your IAM is as you did not log it , should be 1. You could maybe pull a some timing out of the base timing B map where your seeing knock to be safe especially if your going to track regularly.

The oil temps are about 235 c and its been pretty cool in brissie, are you running an oil cooler and 10W30 or 10W40 oil ? as 225C is about the max temp you want to see on 0W20 oil.

Thanks for the look mate, I'll log IAM next time and see what it sits at.

Yeah I'm running the mishimoto oil cooler, although it sits behind the intercooler for the SC - so it maybe getting a stream of hot air. May have to look at running 0-30W oil to get those temps under control.
