Yeah, they had told me 7 when I ordered, but that must have changed. It looks like they are getting 10 now. I called them about a week ago now and they didn't have any new info. at the time. I've just started calling SOA instead because I don't trust that dealer will get back to me at this point.

Still no VIN, but in the dealer's system my car has been updated to list a delivery date of "month of June".

SOA rep today had no new info for me...

being 1st at a CA dealer is about the same as being 5th anywhere else it seems.

SOA rep also told me the max allocation for any dealer is 7... I hate how misinformed the subaru reps are or the dealers or whoever

Is it at the point where the first shipment has been allocated and there won't be any new news until the next ship comes in. I got my VIN a week ago. I would have thought all have been allocated by now. I hope not for you, but this is what it appears to me.

My dealer just contacted me and said that the system now shows my car as ETA by end of the month, but no VIN assigned.

Just stopped by my dealer (#1 out of 8), since they had a BRZ on display, and my car's order now has 'Month of June' as the eta. Additionally, it's listed as 'ordered' vs. 'waitlist'.

The regional SOA rep said an update on the North Texas/OK/Arkansas/Missouri orders should be coming in the next 2-3 days. Hopefully, we should be seeing VINs very soon.

Hello, This is the first time calling SOA. I received a VIN ending in 1367 and an ETA for June 4th @ Sherman Oaks Subaru. I am 4th/10 and I ordered on 3/05. White BRZ limited mt. I've been on the fence about this car forever, but if it's coming now might as well take delivery!!!!!
The SOA rep said I was very lucky to receive a VIN...

Finally somebody close by gets a VIN. Congrats! Might have to call SOA and find out if my dealer IN Santa Monica has any VIN yet.

Just called SOA and got an ETA of June 4th and a VIN of 1234. I ordered a SWP Limited 6MT from the bay area. I placed a pre-oprder on 3/1.
