Rear running lights

Couldn't find any info on this so figured I'd ask. I plan on getting Valenti tail lights and I am wanting the LED strip to turn on with the car to act as a rear DRL. Think how the parking lights turn them on, but having it done automatically when turning on the car.

I'd rather wire it up to work automatically than manually switching them on. Any wiring diagrams or advice are much appreciated.
