Just saw a black brz with no front plate and wing driving west on Valley Blvd passed Nogales St in Rowland Heights around 6:35am in the morning on Monday APRIL 13.

last night ~1-1:20AM: Saw a white frs driving slow on the 5S last night, exiting somewhere shortly after the 91 interchange.

About a minute later, saw a WRB w/ Valentis, lowered w/ wheels (couldn't tell what kind) on 5S.

This morning around 8am, saw an... asphalt?dgm? frs or brz w/ plate relocator, girl driving on 4th st in santa ana/tustin. i was still half asleep so i didn't react in time to wave
