It's not that expensive if you do it yourself. Some of the Jeep guys do that with their trail rigs. It costs a couple hundred bucks, tops. Since you don't have to bake it or sand it, there's no reason to take it to a shop for that.

with you on this.. black is frustrating. it seems like theres a new chip/gouge in the paint everyday I drive, and I keep normal distance from the vehicle in front.
