your answer is more booze.

Andographis; not sure if it will help much anymore (its an herb that helps kick it before it gets started)

vitamin A: immune booster, take too much and you'll get a headache.

Airborne: pumps you full of vitamin C, basically making you an orange.

tea, chicken noodle soup, the works.

No, but stay away from me.

Otherwise, stay well hydrated with water, eat vegan until feeling better, turn the computer/phone off and get extra sleep. Car related, wipe the steering wheel and shift knob down with antibacterial wipes. Forget about the seat cushion, you've already smoked it.
