At 2800 rpm he most definitely isn't getting all 18 psi from just the turbo. Thats the point of the supercharger being there, such early boost wouldn't happen without it.

This is just Too Cool!

In looking at the engine pics, you are running a lightened front pulley, and I assume also a lightened clutch/flywheel.

There have been many posts I've read, warning about lightening parts on both ends of the engine, apparently it kills the bearings.

I was wondering if you'd heard about this? With so much money into this build, going back to the stock front pulley won't hurt performance, but it may save your engine.

Why not clutch the pulley and add a bypass. That beast is robbing you of tons of valuable powers at the top end. My estimates are around 31% loss when the blower is past its range.
