It was brought to my attention that it is not quite clear what's happening with this thread and this transition at EQ Tuning, so I will be happy to fill everyone in.

You guys all know Neal who was employed at EQ Tuning. One of his duties here was to maintain our forum presence and communications on FT86 Club as well as maintain our previous thread in this section. Earlier this week we were forced to terminate Neal's employment at EQ Tuning. While his employment here did not worki out, I have nothing personally against Neal and we have ended the working relationship on good terms and will continue to communicate and likely help each other out in the end. I would rather not discuss any further specifics of that situation out of respect for Neal and his future endeavors.

Now that that's out of the way, here is the deal with the thread. After Neal's termination, there was a bit of a miss communication between us that resulted in Neal closing and deleting EQ's previous info and feedback thread even though we have been, and continue to pay for the vendor account. That thread and its content was belongs to EQ and Neal and I have since discussed this at great length and have come to a mutual understanding and agreement. We have also been in contact with the moderators to get the account names transferred over and fix the issue of the missing content, but it seems the main moderator capable of doing this is currently on vacation and is largely unresponsive. So rather than waiting, I went ahead and started a new thread with as much of the content as I could find (using google cache). I'm hoping that once the moderator is back in action, we can re-instate the previous info, pictures, feedback, etc from the old thread. At that point, Neal will also be able to start his own vendor account so he can advertise his own services to the group under his new own name.

I hope this clarifies everything. I pride myself on being very honest and transparent about my business and never intend to hide or skew anything. Please feel free to ask here or contact me personally if I anything else needs clarification, or for any other reason in general.

Also to further clarify, I am Ed Susman and I'm the owner and tuner at Equilibrium Tuning. And I will be personally providing the customer care and forum presence for EQ Tuninn on FT86 Club from here on out

Thanks
-- Ed

Bump for a great shop.

Had my 2011 wrx built by them that I daily drove and abused at the track.

Now that I just picked up a 2015 BRZ, I know where i'll head again when i'm ready for more power!

Someday I will have enough money to take my car to EQ for an oil cooler and coilover installation. (The two last mods I want to make to my car)

Ed, might be sooner than later. Have you guys done any installs on the vortech supercharger kit? What kind of numbers would it put down in your dyno?

I have had a vortech kitted car on the dyno.. I'll look up the power. That is my favorite SC kit so far. Also, I have a line on a used one if you're interested.

Bump for Great Shop. I just recently got my car tuned for Flex Fuel by Ed. Car is still running great! I'm still on E85, testing it and having fun boosting. Haven't switch to 91 yet. But awesome tune done by Ed. Thanks again.

Equilibrium Tuning, The one stop shop for your FRS/BRZ

First time dropping by at his shop when I needed to flash back my car to stock due to technical difficulties. Ed offered to flash it, so I dropped by and had an opportunity to meet Ed and see his shop. Awesome cars being built, tuned, etc! And the GTR that they were tuning that day, beautiful! Seeing those cars and him helping me, not even acquainted with, is a statement of how they take care of their customer. I will be scheduling my 1st service to this shop and get my car back in shape with mods soon!

Had an awesome day at Thunder Hill yesterday in our turbo BRZ! This is only the second track day in this car and I managed to knock out a sub 2 minute lap! That's 12 seconds faster than last time out from key changes to the tires, brakes, suspension, and aero. The car still has a lot more time in it with more seat time and more power. Here is a video of the fastest lap of the day. This was the only lap I got in without traffic so I know I can do better .

Thanks
