Need some help.
Car is lowered with eibach pro kit. I want to put 18x8.5 +48 wheels square. Will there be any rubbing front and rear? What tyre sizes are recommended for this setup? Can someone advise. Thanks! |

Hey All,
I've recently purchased the eibach pro kit, and I'm trying to get a staggered setup going. Naturally, I'd want a setup that doesn't involve rubbing. My Two options are: 18x8 +35/ 18x9 +38 (F: 225/40/18 R: 255/35/18) 18x8.5 +35 / 18x9.5 +38 Here are my noob questions: 1) I'm looking at ESM 004's or 007's (which is where the wheel sizes come from), OR Enkei Raijin's. Does anyone know if the TPMS can be transferred from the stock to these during installation? 2) Recommended tire sizes for the 8.5/9.5 setup? 3) Will there be any rubbing with the 8.5/9.5 setup? You guys are awesome, thanks in advance. Last edited by Hi_Im_Gosu; 03-18-2015 at 04:44 PM. Reason: added another question >.< |

Will 18x9.5et+35 wrapped with 245/35/18 square rub if I'm lowered on h&r sport springs? I'm new to this but everyone seems to be running coils. Are springs going to clear or will the wheels hit my suspension? The spring should lower 1" in front and 1.2" rear. What are the benefits of running coils? Thanks in advance and sorry if these are dumb questions. Lol

but either between 245/35 or 225/40.. I want to keep the stock feel of being pretty loose in the rear so I dont lose the fun of the car, I'm guessing that would be the 225/40 right? Also for everyone this is a great site to check tire size http://www.frsproject.com/tire_size.php

hey guys
new to this whole fitment thing. I'm running stock struts with RCE yellows springs. I'm wondering if a square setup 18x9.5 +40 with 255/35/r18 would fit and clear without rubbing? if not would spacers be a good solution? or camber plates? or should I just go straight to coils |

ive searched every thread on the klutch sl14 wheels and still cant seem to find a straight answer. I currently have the trd springs so I am only lowered about 1 inch and am wanting to go with a 18x8.5+38 235/40 in the front and a 18x9.5+42 255/35 in the rear. Im just wanting to know if this setup will work without any rubbing/fitment issues with my trd springs?. i was thinking about getting the eibach sportline lowering springs to bring it down another half inch if need be. a response would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I'm currently researching wheels. I have a stock suspension for now but i would like to run springs later on to have an approximate 1" drop in the near future. I was looking at 17" wheels and came across the VORDOVEN Forme 9 Wheels @ 17 x 9 +35. I understand that 9" might be too much for DD. I do not intend running the car at the track just yet.
Thank you for your input Also looking into Avid.1 AV-20 17x8 +35. Last edited by brzee_vic; 04-01-2015 at 01:00 PM. Reason: Added another wheel option |

Would 18x8.5 +21 fit
On 225/40/18 I'm using a 8.75 on 225 right now so don't worry about stretch but will it fit and clear breaks. No rubbing? 18x8.5 +21

I am running stock setup and was wondering if a 1 inch spacer out back would make the ride better? Seems like the front has a tendency to wander. Been that way since new.

Hey guys
I'm looking at ordering a set of Avid.1 AV-20 18x9.5 +38 and Dunlop Direzza ZII's 265/35's. I'm currently lowered about 2.5" in front and 2" in the back on BC Coilovers. If I raise the car about an inch will I be abe to avoid the fender rub, or will I have to go higher? Thanks! |

A lot of people posting, but I figured why not try and post.
New to the BRZ, it's stock at the moment. But looking to get a new set of: Volk TE37SL black Edition 18x8.5 in front and 18x9 in the back. I definitely intend on getting coilovers with a 1" drop (which seems to be the normal everyone does) I know the offset differences for 1" vs stock. It seems that I'll need to run +42 in front and +38 in rear. Will this clear all and be flush? If not, what additions do I need (spacers, tire size) etc... I'd hate to purchase without knowing if it will fit, Thanks. |
