Im about to buy RCE yellows for my 13 BRZ, i have read so many freakin threads and trying to find a clear cut answer is like trying to figure out what my girlfriend wants to eat.

simple question, if i put the RCE yellows on which provides an advertised 20mm Drop will i have to replace anything on the car? i know i will have to get an alignment done but as far as actual parts.

This is my DD I commute about 30 miles each way for work and do quite a bit of back road driving, i reallllly appreciate any answer i get, and before you call me a noob.......read my name

That is a very mild drop, you will be fine. Only thing you need is alignment. I'm running Eibach Pro-Kit which is a 1-inch drop and all I had done was alignment and I have perfect tire wear and 0 issues.

nice. that is good to know, how long have you been running the setup? are you still on stock wheels?

you'll be fine with just a direct spring swap. if you want, you can also get camber bolts to dial in a little more negative camber, since the bolts will already be out during install and you're going to need an alignment afterwards too. they go for like $35 or so brand new, and like $20 used.

Yea a 20mm drop isn't something to be concerned with, the resulting camber would be very minor and not very noticeable at all. I have H&R springs 1.2/1.4 front/rear drop so the look is great.

Go for it! Nothing to worry about other than alignment.

While it shouldn't be an issue like others have said, you will probably get around 2 degrees of camber in the rear if you don't get rear lca's, or other sort of camber correction. Only really an issue if you are worried about getting your alignment back to factory specs. Just a thought in case that is important to you. Try to get near 0 toe and it won't be an issue with wear otherwise.

1 year, no I'm on aftermarket wheels 18x8.75 tires 225/40/18.

You will have no troubles getting camber/toe/caster within spec without aftermarket parts.

Camber bolts for the front are highly recommended because they're so cheap and they are a very easy way to get a little additional negative camber. The rear will gain neg camber as its lowered, but the front needs some help.

Up front, with camber bolts, I ended up with -1.4° and -1.6°.
In the rear I ended up with -1.6° and -1.8°.
I'd prefer to have -2.0 up front, but I'm OK with this for now.

Without camber bolts up front, I would be at maybe -1.0° at best, which just wasn't enough IMO. If you ever drive spirited, the camber bolts are a no brainer since a little bit of camber is a great way to improve grip.

No for RCE's you're fine without rear LCAs unless all you ever do is long highway miles.
