That or he might be taking into account the wait time for an OFH. Correct me if I'm mistaken, but OFHs are almost always on back order. I used to see so many FS threads along the lines of "I bought this a while back, but by the time I received my OFH I had already gone another route on my build."

Sure you can get it for cheaper brand new, but when exactly are you going to get it?

The Back Order ended this week according to my conversation with them. I ordered last Thursday or Friday and they got it in 3 shipments this week giving them stock on hand was what I was told.

The package deal the OP offered is outstanding I think most just see the alone price and are confused.
