I'll kind of agree with one point, Bolognia isn't very exciting but they have some of the best food around and it's not too crowded because its not a hot tourist spot
I agree though, went there twice, it was terrible

I spent three months in Rome several years ago.
And several weeks in Florence, and around Tuscany. TERRIBLE place. Bad food. Bad wine. Everyone is rude. Believe me, Italia is the last place I want to be, but I'm afraid I have to go back, I left one of my phone chargers at a cousin's house. That was a really good phone charger. Irreplaceable really...
