curb rash

I am so pissed off right now. I bumped my brand new brz on a curb and scratched my rim. Stupid stupid stupid stupid Ican't stand to have new cars I always seem to need to do something stupid like this. Shouldn't have decided to take it on my date tonight. Felt like a stupid freakin idiot, nearly stalled it at the light, I was so nervous trying to impress her and trying to ***** foot the engine & break it in easy. This is driving me nuts. I am so scared I'm going to mess up my new car it makes me make stupid mistakes like this. what the heck is wrong with me. I've driven a stick before, I must be a f@#^@!^&!ing idiot!

I am so embarrassed I couldn't go eat I just turned around and came home. everyone at the restaurant probly laughing at me stuopid stupi d stupid stupid I can't even spell

Somebody tell me it's going to be OK... it's just a car, right? just a stgupid car with a stupid driver with a stuoipid scratch on the stupid stupid rim can't wait until it gets broken in I can just nail it and not worry so much

where's the meme with a gun to his head

anyway how do I fix this, it's cosmetic, no bend, but the clear coat is gone

sorry for the rant......

don't sweat it man. shit happens.

you can likely have it fixed for under $100. if you're worried they won't come out looking like stock again, this is a good chance to have them powder coated??

i would suggest turning them into a winter wheel, but you're in texas. not sure if you get snow or need snow tires??

Hell if they are the stock rims just look around on here. People tend to sell all 4 for a few hundred if it bothers you so much you'd have plenty of spares! Just wait till that thin paint starts to get a few chips!

I know better than to rub a curb when I'm driving, or to be careless when I'm in a new, unfamiliar car. But like Hachiroku86 said, stuff happens. I don't even notice it when I'm not looking for it. Sorry I over-reacted. I get emotional when it comes to Ruby. If it still bothers me next tax season, it'll be a good excuse to upgrade
