Got one for that pork you showed before?
Now that I could dig into!
Or a nice one for a good jaeger schnitzel (haven't found a good one in 35 years of looking even though I loved the stuff there)
Maybe start a new thread "Cooking With Onkel"

Jägerschnitzel as in "Schnitzel with mushroom sauce"?

And the pork is easy to make: salt, pepper and roast a pork tenderloin, take out of skillet, add sliced onions, apples and carrots to skillet, add a good helping of mustard, estragon and cream, pour in an oven pan, tenderloin on top and into the oven for 30 minutes. serve with rice.
