For those that have the Fumoto drain valve, did you have to buy this adapter http://www.qwikvalve.com/fumoto-adp-...-p-16268.html? Not sure if to go nipple or no nipple.... hmmm.

Good idea. I played right by my house for that score. Lol

Yeah, it got a little glitchy on the unever sf streets. Try Golden Gate park and their multiple lanes. Lmao

I don't quite understand why you need this adapter, the valve screws in pretty well where the drain plug goes. Seems like this makes it stick out much more. I didn't need it for mine since the valve sat pretty nicely inside the skid plate.

From their site: "The adapter is designed to add extra length to the valve so that you can install the valve without hitting the oil pan wall."

Cool man, thanks for verifying. I think I'm gonna get the F-108S (short nipple) in case I ever need to attach a tube. Looking forward to my next oil change.

Yup, that's the one I have. I usually have to put the oil into a specific container (like a jug) for recycling so the barbed nipple+tube works great. And yes, the combination of this and the oil filter location does make me look forward to oil changes now
