I'm running them on mine. Seem fine on the road - have to take it a little easier in pouring rain or when it's really cold but otherwise no issues. They do run wider than 'normal' tyres but most track biased tyres seem to. Can't comment on the miles you'll get from them as I'm still running them. I don't think you'll get huge mileage but I don't think it'll be too bad either.

Thanks for the feedback! So if I got 245 would it run as a 255? I want to try 255 tires. Should I go down a size or just get 255?

I can't say for sure on those sizes - mine are 215 but come out around the width of 225s. I'd guess the 245s would be the same.

Look at the specs on tirerack.com it will give you pretty exact measurements on widths and you can compare them. Also look at what width rim those measurements were taken, if it was an 8" rim then they will be slightly wider on a 9" rim.

They're not super meaty but they're meaty enough for some spirited twisty attacks.

235/45/17 Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R wrapped around SSR GTV02.

I'm on my 3rd set of RSR's and I like them. Dry grip is excellent both cold and hot, wet grip is OK. A bit noisy but not excessive. Yes, they do run wide, so rather go 245 than 255. Mileage - who knows? I chew mine up on track, but for me they've lasted better than I expected from a 140 TW tyre. Just stay away from 225/45R17 - that specific size has shallower tread than all the other sizes. Why, I don't know. They were a bit disappointing regarding wear and feel. I've also had 235/40R17's which were great, and I'm now on 235/45R17 which are also great. Good bang for the buck. YMMV

Awesome! Thanks for the info really appreciate it! Looks like I'll order a size down from what I want. Can't wait for the current tires to wear out! Yeah the price point wins it for me. I don't drive the car daily anymore so its just for canyons and autocross/track.

Anyone know if they are on backorder? Heard they were hard to get a while ago.

Ideally you want some negative camber in front to reduce shoulder wear.
If you haven't done anything yet, I suggest that you do OEM crash bolts (very cheap) which should give you about -1.5°

Let me know if you want more info.
There's a very nice DIY video somewhere on this forum that I'm sure I can find again.

I posted this in the WRB comp thread, but I totally forgot about this thread and had been looking forward to posting in here once i had time to get some nice photos. BF goodrich g-force sport comp-2 265/35/18 setup on 18x9.5 +40 square 57xtremes. with a very minor drop on Stance Coilovers. rubs full lock to passenger side only.
