Maybe a dumb question; are there any gains from this exhaust? I don't remember if I read this type of exhaust doesn't provide any or much gains.

No. Its just a muffler.

You might get like... 1 hp/tq out of it.

If you want power, get a header or a headerback exhaust.

On there website, the AB is 400 and the CB is only 500. Is there any real performance advantage to do the CB? What about sound?

Both listed on Ebay for 400/414 each. Still not sure about the sound or performance difference.

Has anyone attempted to fix the alignment of the right tip? I don't know much about working with pipes but was thinking of asking a friend if he can heat it up and try to align it. Is this possible?

Exactly, it's not super noticeable but enough to bother me.

But I might get their headers as long as that isn't off in terms of fitment

I've been meaning to ask someone with a UEL header and this muffler, how does it sound? Do you think it needs anything? Like a catted front pipe or anything?

Here's soundclips of my exhaust before and after adding the header. It's perfect in my opinion. Quiet enough to not piss off your neighbors and police, and loud enough to put a smile on your face. I'm not one of those "I need my exhaust to be as loud as possible" people. I'm in my 30's now so I wanted something subtle yet not boring.
