Hey Moto, did that spoiler just stick on with double sided tape or did you need to drill into the deck lid?

Right but I am asking for those of us who are buying the BRZ. I was just curious if you knew since the Toyota 86 has the same spoiler.

Couldn't find the price or where to order. I contacted 5AD.

Congrats!
LOL! Moto popping balloons while a silent crowd listens in on the speech !!!

DAYUM! that D.J.s' ink is embarrassingly amature! (I wouldn't tell him of course!)

I'll guess the TEIN car is exactly 2" lowered?

Very cool! would've loved to be there!

For anyone looking to replace the OEM BRZ spoiler with this. It's unfortunate, but i believe after installing the 5-axis spoiler that there will likely be at least a pair of holes left uncovered.

From looking at the trunk from ABOVE. The BRZ spoiler is quite thin in the middle (GOOD), but by the outside ENDS of the trunk the spoiler covers more than twice the area of the 5-Axis cover. I would be Shocked if there weren't 2 bolt holes on each side near the ends. There's likely to be a leftover hole or two on EACH side after lying the 5-axis on top.

While maybe not quite as streamline as the 5-axis, The TRD will be the EASIER option for LIMITED Brz owners i believe.

Very fun and interactive. I love paddle shift setups so im still on the fence.... if i see some nice AT upgrades come through....then maybe! But as far as Autos go..... this is the best setup i have felt and i have driven a good bit of paddleshift setups. Very exciting!

Are there any spec releases on the time it takes to shift in the AT?

The pictures of the TRD spoiler I've seen look like it will cover the holes. I hope so. Because I'm seriously considering switching to a duckbill with this car. Normally I like larger wings, but the styling on the BRZ really seems to lend itself to a spoiler that flows better.

I just wish someone would make a 3-piece duckbill that spans the whole rear.

I forgot to ask this question. To any fr-s or brz owners is there an oil level gauge anywhere in the car? I've been looking through some pics of both cars, but don't see any! If anybody can find a picture of all the instrumentation gauges then that would be awesome!

Thanks!

No, there is not. Several reviewers even mention it as a fault with the car.

Awww man! Shoot! Oh well, thanks for giving me the heads up, either way I'll just have to use basic knowledge as when exactly to do oil changes and other things to the car. Thanks again Dadhawk!

People today aren't used to seeing gauges fluctuate on cars outside of fuel, speeds, and revs... And Toyota usually leaves battery and oil pressures off the cluster to keep things simple for buyers. There is a 3 gauge set from TRD made by Defi for the car... But it takes the space for the radio, so my method would be to use HKS CAMP with a 7" AV system screen...
