It's been done quite a few times... seems like a challenging endeavor unless you have all the proper tools/experience, but I agree it does look mad sweet.

They fit the same as the stock markers. I just made sure that I kept pressure on the housing when I installed the markers so that I got a good seat. Seems to have done the job.

I would be beside myself with anger, especially after having the tires mounted.

The fitment on the Helix is great - they have a slightly different design than stock though. There's a small kink out in the plastic lens so the markers are visible from the front of the car. IIRC, my stock side markers were flat.

Take a look at this thread:

http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=12489

I've been researching for a while. Be sure to read all relevant links and responses because some good advice is hidden in these threads and this is not something you want to dive into unprepared.

Installed a set of Weathertech mats, along with ordering a proper plate frame to replace the one the dealership provided with the car.

Any methods you'd like to share? Mine's starting to look a little second-hand. How do you clean all the annoying little crevices and other hard to reach spots in there? Looks good!

Thanks.
Here were my steps:
1. I sprayed Chemical Guys All Clean+ All Purpose Cleaner(diluted it 10 parts water with 1 part product) all over engine.
2. Used small wheel detail brush (the kind that looks like a paint brush) to agitate dirt all over engine, including the crevices. For the hard to reach places, I actually was able to reach most of them (guess I have small hands).
3. After that, spray bottle of water to rinse off the dirt and product.
4. Wipe dry everything with microfiber towel.
5. Turn on car for a few minutes then off before it gets too hot. (Also to make sure you didn't mess up your car, which I doubt will happen)
6. Dress engine with 303 Aerospace. Wipe with another microfiber towel.
7. Turn on car again to let it get hot. And admire your hard work.

Only issue that has been occurring with the Helix ones is water leaking in and getting trapped during wet driving. Resolved by applying waterproof silicone sealant around the edges.

Had the day off so I decided to detail the inside and add a few goodies I received over the last week!

I installed the black buttons, which got here crazy fast considering it was coming from Japan (from amayama co. in only 6 days)!
As well as the custom heated seat console plaque from @yospeed, thanks for the great product again David! I love it!!
