'79 Plymouth Horizon TC3. Mine was silver/black, but I couldn't find a decent photo on the 'net. I have no idea what the "TC3" meant. Bought it new and drove it until it rusted out...at about 90,000 miles. It was a good car for a high school Senior (it was Chrysler's first front-wheel drive car)...but I don't know about the 'action' part in the advertisement.

Bought a 2001 GS-R for $4,000 not in running condition. Got her up and running with some friends while learning a lot about cars and working on them along the way. Great memories forever.

Not a picture of my car, but my first car was a '95 Nissan 200sx SE-R in this same color.

My first car was a 2010 Mazda 3 Wagon with the 2.5L (not owned by me), and I drove it like the dukes. Here's a picture of it stuck on someone's front lawn lol

My first car was a truck...

1986 Isuzu P'UP.

Mine was red and I had a white cap on the back. It had the virtue of being the cheapest truck money could buy at the time. Got it right out of college. Later when I got a house I literally broke the body hauling mulch in the back. Single side-wall construction I suspect had a factory defect in the weld of the wheel-well on one side and after a few loads of mulch it popped through the paint on the outside. When I sold it you could've put your finger through about a 1 inch area of the side wall - nuthin but paint!

Nice little engine and powertrain though...

Did you love / hate it? DISLIKE it but had nice memories.
If you could, would you buy that car again today? NEVER. lolol (well, unless I had to or wanted to feel nostalgic)

Not a pic of mine but it's what I wanted to do with it. lol

I had an 88 BMW 325 I got from my uncle for $1000. Had everywarning light known to man on, an electrical tape shifter, and 400000 miles on it.

I loved that damn thing. Taught me old cars didn't come with ABS. Lol. I hope to have an E30 again some day

'87 CRX dx (not my pic and it was not in that great a shape either)
For me it was a love/hate thing with that car.
A year and a half later it started having engine trouble and I sold it.

It is funny how so many of us don't have pics of our first cars!
I get us old guys in the take a pic, fill the roll, take it to be developed, put the pics someplace where you will ever find them again days not having them but anybody from the cell phone era would be thought to have them.
I probably have 50 times more pics of the FRS than I have of all my other cars put together.

Well, in my case, I was driving a $300 car which was all I could afford, never mind a camera, film and the cost of development.

That said, I'm sure there is a photo of it somewhere in my Parent's photo stash at my Sister's house. I just don't have the patience to look for it.
